General Terms
This System is the property of Dewan Bandaraya Kota Kinabalu.
This Terms and Conditions is an agreement between Users (“You”, “Your”, or “Yourself”) and Dewan Bandaraya Kota Kinabalu (DBKK).
DBKK iCare is intended to facilitate the request made by the public and is subject to the general terms and conditions.
DBKK may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the service website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
Use of System
- DBKK iCare is intended solely for the purpose of lodging and managing Service Requests related to services that DBKK provides.
- You may not use DBKK iCare for any unlawful purposes, including submitting fraudulent or malicious Service Requests.
- You are responsible for ensuring the information provided is accurate and complete when submitting a Request.
- Best viewed using Google Chrome version 131 or higher, or an equivalent browser.
- Older browsers may have trouble displaying some features properly.
User Account
You are solely responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Privacy and Data Protection
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to give consent to DBKK for using and processing your personal information and data in accordance with our Dasar Privasi.
If you choose to transact using our System or send an email containing personally identifiable data, this data may be shared with other Government agencies to serve you more efficiently. For example, this may be done when resolving or addressing Service Requests that require escalation to other Government agencies.
